Outback New Zealand Ltd enrolled in the 360 Sustainable Business course early in 2011. We have always been at the forefront of sustainable practice development and saw this as an excellent way to maintain our competitive advantage in today’s fast moving world.

The course encouraged us to look at our current practices from a holistic perspective in order to challenge our approach to our existing way of doing business.
It was split into 4 equal sectors of the 360 circle to enable us to attack specific parts of the business in manageable ‘bites’.

The latter part of the course has been of particular benefit to our company. The 270 tools allow for in depth analysis of the existing situation and drill down to show where
improvements in working practice can be made. It allows us to see where the holes are and provide solutions towards becoming ever more sustainable.

Half way through the course. in August 2011, we purchased another company and this course has allowed us to integrate our practices into the new entity with ease by enabling us to see much more clearly where the changes can be made. It has also helped us to bring the new employees who came with the company up to speed with our philosophies.

I thoroughly recommend this course to anyone interested in improving their business through practical thinking.
